Seasonal Tastes

With large floor-to-ceiling windows, Westin’s Seasonal Tastes pays attention to exquisite dining elements and is the first restaurant in Yilan to offer a buffet featuring both Western-style and Southeast Asian dishes.
Upholding the concept of “Eat Local, Think Global”, the chefs use local ingredients to develop a Western-style set menu that engages the world.

Seasonal tastes partners with local small-scale farmers to offer superfoods, such as salad, nuts, and grapes served with handmade sauces and home-made pickles.
100% imported French flour is chosen to make bread using French fermentation techniques. This bread is served with delicately made soup.
Different exotic cuisines are offered every season to enrich guests’ taste buds.
Don’t forget to select 100% original Westin Fresh by The Juicery for refreshments.
Various fresh seafood items are selected to make seasonal dishes with different seafood sauces.
A variety of sauces and side dishes are served with each main course. Thanks to a la carte options, the set menu can be changed from time to time for guests’ freedom of choice.

Definition of Children

For children aged 5~11, half of the adult price is charged.

For children under 5, no fee is charged, but they must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Children over 12 will be charged the adult price.

For children under 4 (inclusive), no fee is charged; for children aged 5~11, a children’s fee is charged.
