Rich Development Inc. was built by Lealea Group, a major Taiwanese textile manufacturer, with a focus on delicate construction and quality. In the beginning, founder Kuo, Mu-Sheng gradually developed core sections of Taipei City, such as Jinhua Street and Lishui Street, based on his business philosophy, resulting in representative buildings in Daan District.
